
This is a review of Bandai 1/20 Scale Model #05 ATM-09-ST Scopedog Berkoff Squad.
It comes with manual booklet, 20+(2+2)identical sprues (P and Q), cable, stickers for lenses and water decals.
Sizing in at +/- 8 inches, it comes equipped with short rifle (barrel can interchanged with longer ones with added buttstock), missile launcher and grappling hook.

Swivel left to right, camera piece swivel left to right, and changed between three cameras.
Camera cover can move up to reveal pilot's head.
Arms:

Shoulders swivel 360, in and out.
Below shoulders swivel 360.
Elbows bend at two joints, bend at around 120.
Forearms can extend.
Wrists are ball jointed.
Palms are hinged to allow extra movement.
Pegs in palm are for the weapons.
Fingers are ball jointed for thumbs, trigger fingers and the rest of it. Modification on the rest of fingers can be done if one wish to.

Hinged hatch allow access to cockpit.
Hinged secondary hatch for feet.
Controller in cockpit can be move in order to allow pilot to get in or out.
Foot pedals in cockpit move a bit.
Body swivel 360.
Backpack:

Backpack moves in and out to allow docking procedure.
Missile launcher moves up and down.
Grappling hook moves up and down. Comes with cable for grappling hook.
Joints for both missile launcher and grappling hook can be covered if not in use.
Magazine storage x2 for rifle.

Skirts move freely.
Extra movement in crouch for allowing it to arch a bit to the front.
Extra movement in leg pegs allowing the legs to stretch a bit.

Legs move in and out, front and back.
Knees are double jointed, bend at around 90.
Ankles are very articulated.
Toes move a bit.
Wheel in soles rolls freely.
Needle located on side of foots move in and out.
Shins incorporated joints for docking procedure.

Comes with seated pilot and standing one holding a gun.
Head for both pilot swivel, and interchangeable as well.

Notes:I personally feel that it's a shame that such details in inner frame are covered by its armor, which by its design are simplistic. Snap fitted with no stickers, decals and clear parts attached. It's big alright. For size comparison (with disregard to scale), it's hands are huge comparative to MG. The rifle is big, missile launcher is big, the suit itself is big. Attaching all 40 rivets can be tedious. Sturdy and balanced, there is no sagging. Joints are stiff, but I think that's good. Armor pieces such as wristguards, ankleguards and skirt armors are loose. But I think that's how it supposed to be. Just be careful on fragile items such as the antenna and the inner piece of the helm. Lots of undergate, which is good in minimizing nub marks.
