QUOTE(Tiger I @ Oct 23 2011, 02:39 AM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « My first original BANDAI MG Zaku.. LOL!.. but it's a ZAKU1 Hmm.. I heard of some1 say you want review for ZakuII RG.. hahaha.. ![]() Well, I can give you some short review Quality Wise: Ofcoz "Ter-Baik Bro!.. BANDAI ma!.." Articulation: Can be better but it's already very good for what an RG can do. You can see the top post picture.. Inner Frame: Quality Is good but had to be very careful when building this kit as if you apply too much force on bending there frame.. it will break easily because it's very slim. Detailing: Yes!.. it's very detail and even without decal, it looks very much detailed already.. I could say this is very fine detailing that BANDAI have given us. User Friendlyness: Yes.. the manual although is in japanese.. but it's very user friendly.. once see can know how to build already. Snap fitting: Yes very easy, but have to be extra careful also because of the slim frame.. otherwise is ok Recommendation on buying: I would like to say, if you got time and Patience on buying small and detail kit.. you would enjoy building this RG kit.. but for those who are eager to build finish a kit and want it to look big and nice~.. so sorry.. this kit is not ment for you!.. this kit really test your preserverance and also test your patience.. but final end product it's very very satisfying.. plus I could say is it's even better than MG Zaku II, in terms of detailing and the full articulation. For more detail review.. please wait for my friend to post it in his blog.. cheers This post has been edited by ascentic: Oct 23 2011, 09:07 AM |

Old kits are really funny kits..
but i really like this ![]() Just came to know.. this year end Bakuc heard that littak split the place of entry.. Junior category is at The Mines, while Open category is at sg wang.. is it true? really need to go to ask LITTAK already... Yesterday just go to ICW to pick up some modelling stuff.. and diorama effects... so for mono-eye lover, don't miss this chance to visit the Event. |

QUOTE(Agito666 @ Oct 25 2011, 10:09 AM) off topic ya, because here got a lot sifu active so wan ask... PVC and ABS material is use what paint can paint on? hehe.. RayLoke is the boss for ICW checked the tutorial how to repair figure paint, the photo is showing Tamiya enamel paint. so now got few question to ask... 1) will enamel paint melt these PVC and ABS? 2) where to find it? i heard BTS area dun have these...mostly, if like that then i think i will order online from msg2u...(or you guys got better suggestion?) 3) how to wash brush? since enamel paint is not water based right? the tutorial is not showing how to wash the brush...hmm.... 4) due to air brushing is expensive and i plan to repait this tiny 2 spot only so i not really plan to invest in air brush stuff, i think i kena do DIY liao. for sifu active in other thread you sure read my problem there liao... thanks for sifu can answer me. |

QUOTE(Jev_Veracon @ Oct 25 2011, 04:48 PM) gundam age U.E. Gundam AGE had been a good anime from the start "U.E. (Unknown Enemy) are robot mobile suits created by the Hino company 100 years in the future to assist in the development of the AGE System, with the ultimate goal to create the most powerful Gundam. A 100 years from now, a terrible enemy will be attacking Earth (not the U.E.), and Earth's technologies will be insufficient to meet this threat, facing total annihilation. This is the reason why the U.E. is attacking, in order to help produce a more powerful Gundam to save the future." omg it sound interesting for me =) Currently now already episode 3.. very nice anime.. should watch it, if have time.. to get more poison out of it |

QUOTE(steph13 @ Oct 27 2011, 01:17 AM) icic. i kinda understand now. Welcome to Gunpla Poison Club Since u said that MG have more parts. does this means that it has more movable parts as well. Thus it can perform more movement and poses? thanks. rough where can i get them? other than jusco. lolx. ok.. I think I had answer 2 question with 1 long answer but if u need to know more shops I could list out for u here.. My Regular Hangout place: 1) Gamer Arena - BTS 7th Floor 2) Graffiti - BTS 5th Floor 3) AF Hobby - Cheras (near to Paragon Mall) 4) Infinite Creative Workshop(ICW) - near to bandar utama.. 5) Aunty Lenny - Endah Parade 3rd Floor(the opening time is a little weird, that's why Its my last choice T_T) Cheers.. QUOTE(Tiger I @ Oct 27 2011, 01:59 AM) tallgeese, where art thou More or less. More parts=more movable parts=more care needed If HG snap fit then I Jusco, Parksons and the likes are supplied by Litt Tak Sdn. Bhd. which usually translate hefty price tag, unless it's on warehouse sale (Litt Tak, that is). You ought to find model kits from Bukit Bintang area, namely Litt Tak in Sungei Wang, Gamers Arena (located in 7th floor in BTS and 6th floor in Sungei Wang), Graffiti Toys in 5th floor of BTS, Fantasy Toys in Lowyat Plaza, and Time Machine located in Berjaya Mall. Other places are such as AF Hobby in Jalan Bunga Raya next to Paragon Mall and Glory Enterprise (Auntie Lenny - but the opening time of her shops are kinda weird). Do check and compare on the price if you're hunting in Bukit Bintang area, you might be finding one shop is selling a bit lower comparative to others and vise versa. Fantasy Toys and AF Hobby do have some rare model kits that couldn't be found elsewhere as far as I know. Since it's nearing the end of year, you might want to wait just in case there is discount on BAKUC sales or Litt Tak warehouse sales. Last time Litt Tak is selling G-Armor at rm100. That thing usually would cost at around rm300 Or you could just find some of forumers selling kits at Hobbies&Collectibles ![]() Do you see what I see? Tall Geese 3 |
