QUOTE(minizian @ Sep 11 2011, 01:14 PM) Hi guys, Although I never have any RG before, if I may:I know nothing abt Gundam series but one thing that caught my eye is the 1/144 RG model.... Which is the RX-78 and Char zaku (is this from the original series?). Can you guys share any taught about this product as I am looking to get this since I not a very serious gundam modeler. Few Quirries about this: -How much I am expected to pay for this kits. -Do i need any basic toolkit to assemble this product (the Gunpla catalog claim that I no need any toll for it, just snap and go) -Is there any kind of stage support for this model as I was to pose in anyway i want without worrying it falling down -Is there anything I shoul worry about this 2 kits? -The price should be around rm80-rm1xx+, so good hunting. -You'll be needing side cutter and knife to minimize nub marks. -I reckon it won't fall down, but if you like you can pair it with action bases, such as AB3 or similar. -Most probably due to it's small size, you ought to be careful on reading the instructions. If you add a bit more you could go for MG. RG do look fragile to me, although it is nicely detailed with lots of part separation and panel lines. But that is just my personal taste |

QUOTE(D-y @ Sep 13 2011, 03:00 AM) @Tiger - since ur a zaku fan, care to share some opinion between White Ogre & Shin Matsunaga 2.0? Which one would you fancy?thinking of getting either 1 sooner or later. Btw, know which shop selling them? didn't remember seeing them before In terms of articulation, White Ogre would win a bit due the bulk of its extra leg trusters that Shin's Zaku have White Ogre is just a standard J Type Zaku (Ground Type) coloured white with custom decals in conjunction with its appearance in MS Igloo 2, and extra ammo clips for its bazooka While Shin Matsunaga is a R-1 Type (Space Type) coloured white with custom decals, and prototype bazooka. Oh and slight differences in its mold, such as in front skirt armor, shoulder, shoulder armor etc ![]() White Ogre should be priced a bit less comparative to Shin Matsunaga's Zaku II You might wanna go for Shin though, more parts I guess I just prefer J type because I like to get down and dirty, and I am afraid of heights Lupa lol White Ogre was sighted in GT for RM135 yesterday, plenty of boxes left, and in AF Hobby for rm125, but I went to AF Hobby before fasting month Shin Matsunaga Zaku, erm, you might wanna try and find it at either GA in BTS or SW. If my memory serves me correctly, FT in Lowyat Plaza also do have all MSV of Zaku II in their store, albeit only one each Regardless, good hunting brah This post has been edited by Tiger I: Sep 13 2011, 10:14 AM |

QUOTE(Chechack @ Sep 13 2011, 09:36 PM) My first MG, straight build without panel lining or anything Later on gip a try on 2.0 la, see the difference » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « c c c c c c c the legs is white, even the flap in front of its toes is also white Eh but at least get 2 bazooka for 1.0 QUOTE(wkyoong @ Sep 13 2011, 09:37 PM) Gonna leave myself room for a J-type RG so the high mobility takes the MG spot. Kinda disappointed with the knee articulation though. Worse than I expected it to be Awesome big fat leg truster is awesome |

QUOTE(Chechack @ Sep 13 2011, 10:12 PM) eh?2.0 only got 1 bazooka meh?1.0 u get a zaku machinegun,1 bazooka (but the back bullet can be change to 2 types) and a heat hawk Well, you can switch for either Zaku Bazooka or Giant Bazooka, but cannot have both. They only give one middle tube for the bazooka |

![]() Awesomely satisfying, although it took me quite some time to reach up to this Details are superb and plenty of parts too I thought I could cram my Stormtrooper inside the cockpit, but it wouldn't fit any 3/75" figures due to scale (3.75" are more to 1/18) |

![]() This is a review of Bandai 1/20 Scale Model #05 ATM-09-ST Scopedog Berkoff Squad. It comes with manual booklet, 20+(2+2)identical sprues (P and Q), cable, stickers for lenses and water decals. Sizing in at +/- 8 inches, it comes equipped with short rifle (barrel can interchanged with longer ones with added buttstock), missile launcher and grappling hook. Articulation: Head: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Arms: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Torso: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Backpack: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Crouch: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Legs: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Pilot: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Comparison: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Inner frame: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Full armored with weapons: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Notes: I personally feel that it's a shame that such details in inner frame are covered by its armor, which by its design are simplistic. Snap fitted with no stickers, decals and clear parts attached. It's big alright. For size comparison (with disregard to scale), it's hands are huge comparative to MG. The rifle is big, missile launcher is big, the suit itself is big. Attaching all 40 rivets can be tedious. Sturdy and balanced, there is no sagging. Joints are stiff, but I think that's good. Armor pieces such as wristguards, ankleguards and skirt armors are loose. But I think that's how it supposed to be. Just be careful on fragile items such as the antenna and the inner piece of the helm. Lots of undergate, which is good in minimizing nub marks. Oh I got it cheap too |

yeah rihuhs
Snap fit only for now. But yeah, Scopedog needs to be dirtied up to look nice So far got Scopedog (normal, metal specs, red shoulder custom, berkoff squad), Brutishdog and Fatty ground custom. Only the fat one looks a bit different. Variations of scopedog are just on armaments as far as I can see. Size, I'd say a big bigger tham regular MG. It makes the Rick Dom looks small to me This post has been edited by Tiger I: Sep 21 2011, 04:30 PM |
