This bungalow has had major renovation work done to it. One thing i find most fascinating is the double volume ceiling it has on the 1st floor. Finished with marble and timber flooring and an open concept type bathroom to boot, this is definitely one interesting house. To check out the pictures, just click on the link below. Casa Grande SeputehI wish i could have a double volume ceiling at home, all i have is just about a crappy 9ft. This post has been edited by adrianjc: Sep 8 2011, 03:04 PM

Yup... I like how every floor has like an access out to a yard. And the marble in the toilets look unique.

If you're talking about the outside cooking area, thats a concrete roof. In the dry kitchen they're using plaster ceiling. So i'm not exactly sure which timber roof you're referring to.
Added on September 8, 2011, 3:06 pmCyberp... aaahhhh.... i think i know which roof you're referring to now. That one i'm not too sure of the cost but basicly the owner used Razak wood for the timber beams and merbau strips above it.
The actual roof material is some sort of clear perspex that looks like those zinc pieces.

QUOTE(orientaliew @ Sep 9 2011, 04:06 PM) this type of marble is from Italy, can easily sourced locally, if not mistaken, should be arround $40 per square feet. Yup... i believe the price of the marble is about there. RM40 per sq/ft, is just too much for me to pay but nice lar.

QUOTE(AzimAdhwa @ Sep 10 2011, 06:39 AM) Marble from Iran (Persian Marble) should be around RM50/sqft The marble price would really depend on whether the marble grade & whether it's from 1 slab or not. Have seen marble from italy in excess of RM60 per sq/ft. Friggin' expensive.
