Here are some pictures and a short write up of a house that was renovated in Damansara Kim about a year back.
Hope this helps gives ideas to ppl here about to start their own home renovations.

Nice boss.

1. I've been a great admirer of that crib of yours for quite some time.

2. This is the one facing the field, behind restoran keen, and sin yong seng, right?

3. How much was the reno work?

4. How much was the purchase price

5. And if you are not staying there, how much do u intend to flip it for?

Phoeni_142, this one not my crib. Not sure about restaurant keen and sin yong seng but yar the house is facing that big football field in damansara kim.

Reno work cost the owner over RM300k apparently but i have no idea what the purchase price was when they first bought the place.

There's a chinese family staying there now and i'm not sure if they're in the market to sell. Sad to say they've painted one of the walls yellow.

Hi adrianjc,
Kind of like the reno work done to the house. It really show how a dull looking house can be transformed into some thing nice.
BTW, were you involved in the transformation work on the house in any way? smile.gif

Kelvyn... yup, helped out abit but that was about it.
Fascination in home reno more of an interest/hobby than anything else.
