For long term usages, sign packages should be very good choice But i suggest your friend use Celcom, especially P148 that i am using it now, cheapest compare to other telco somemore with 'real unlimited' data. i has tried download 17GB data by using my E90 connect to my mac as modem, and still no caps on speed.

Speedwise, i tested speedtest get about 4-5mbps on Nokia E90, and mostly stable at 3-4mbps. Another goodthing is, there has no contract at all (but will request RM300 upfront payment when signup).

Call & SMS is 10 sen to all network.

Somehow, i hear my friend said that now celcom is caps this packages to 5GB per month (maybe they just realized this packages is too good to be true ? haha) . You can ask for them


For phone wise, you can actually find a trusted AP seller to purchase, it will be much more cheaper than retail & you gain no contract at all. Anyway, it is my opinion la, you can consider it . haha.

Because why, i has some customer who sign-up those contract but not really happy on the service after few months like slow on speed, no line at some critical place etc, so, should think twice and get survey the line conditions at your place before sign up

thanks your suggestion. but my little brother do not have use phone call till RM30 per month. after i compare all operator package provided, finally,he choose Maxis SurfMore 50 plan.
because maxis internet more stable in his working place. i think 2gb usage is enough for him, coz he just surf his facebook, play games in phone.
but also so thanks your suggestion and opinion. about the AP set, my place selling AP set Note 2's price nearest with original set price. not same with west M'sia.
so better choose original set. hehehehe
