Question, so if the electrician run a single 7 core cable, and can do everything, then the electrician shouldn't charge separately for each type: autogate, bell and gate lights?

Yah, I got charged separately too, but I saw the cable only single 7-core cable running from the house to the gate pillar, and felt a bit cheated that I got charged separately.

Sigh. I got charged RM650 for the autogate cable, and then RM120 for door bell point and bell push, and RM220 for gate lights and switch. Maybe I can argue with him why he charge so much...............

Yup. My floor also. Electrical guy just came when the wet works was doing the new concrete floor. Not much hacking, save the first few feet where there was existing concrete floor.
