But the deb i dl is onli support ipod n iphone,then it install in my ipad via ifile installer.
Then when i wan to delete it in cydia,it wouldnt allow me to do it or upgrade it cause it was not support with my ipad, It onli support ipod n iphone only.

Who knoe how to uninstall it without cydia?

Where did you put the deb files in the first place? Try deleting that deb file (if it's still there) and see if that would work.

I'm surprised that it will install it if it's not compatible in the first place.

Methode #1 - iFile

* To remove an App :
Goto /private/var/stash/Applications/ (Remove the entire app's folder ==> "App_Name.app")
Restart your iDevice.

* To remove a Tweak :
Goto /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ (Remvove those following files ".dylib" & ".plist" ==> "Tweak_Name.dylib" and "Tweak_Name.plist")
Then, goto /Library/PreferenceLoader/Preferences/ (Remove the following file ==> "Tweak_Name.plist")
Restart your iDevice.

# Tip : -More than one Tweaks can be removed in one time.
          -Cydia will be automatically refresh itself to the next opening.

Method #2 - Terminal

First open up MobileTerminal and type:
su
and then type in your SSH password, if you have not changes it then it is alpine
Each package you install through Cydia or deb files have Package ID's. This ID is crucial to uninstalling the packages.
The package ID for iRealSMS 3.0 is debs2.0/irealsms_3.0.4.8.deb, so to remove it you would type
dpkg -r debs2.0/irealsms_3.0.4.8.deb

You successfully uninstalled through MobileTerminal.
