invisible grille, need advice

currently i was planning for my condo reno. when i was doing research, i fount this invisible grilles, which is nice and doesn't affect the looks of the exterior. according to my kc contractor klang valley only got 1 company doing this. http://www.invisiblegrille.com/and i google i cant find any info about the quality and pricing, so i'm here to ask for help. according to the website, it is anti-rust. it can connect to alarm systems. it is reasonable price. (how much is reasonable price) how true is it? only 1 company in klang valley doing this any other company doing this as well? do anyone install this b4? can share your experience? thanks.
