for 4ft by 8 feet awning.

wats diff using polycarbonate and zinc sheet..

i hear in the market got thicker zinc sheet rolform..

total 32 s/f:

a)m.s polycabonate 6mm hollow rm14ps/f
b)m.s polycabonate 3mm solic rm17ps/f
c)m.s ajiya awning rm8.50 ps/f

wats diff using 3mm solid or 6 mm hollow.

3mm solic will better,cause 6mm hollow sheet after 2,3yrs sheet inside will got air in and easy to crack the sheet.

if i want to do covered roof replace my old zinc sheet using 6mm hollow poly-carbonate, about 5m x 5m area, the price psf including installation and metal structure?

5m to feets around 16feets a half.so 16'1/2"w x 16'1/2"lenght =272.25square feets.per square feets price rm14.

Dust or Fungus will grow in the slot but that can be eliminate if you get a Good Contractor.
Use Anti - Dust tape, which will allow the Water to Vaporize and 'Flow' out through the Special Membrane in the Anti-Dust

Tape
It will prevent Water from Sipping in and Grow Fungus

Many Stadium are Built from Multi-Wall Sheet , which uses the Anti-Dust Tape ( Do a Search for Anti-Dust tape)
