often times we see the papers or government states that the high speed causes accidents etc. i wonder how many vehicles that was captured in the speed trap camera actually got into accidents and how many of the cars involved in the accidents is not captured in the speed camera.

my guess, less than 5% of the cars involved in accidents are captured by speed trap cameras. if that is so, i wonder the high speed causes accidents or low speed that's causing the accidents.
