Looks like a good bargains for newbies from MacUpdate Bundle 2011. USD 49.99 consists of the 11 apps:-

Toast 11 Titanium
Printopia
Data Rescue 3
FX Photo Studio Pro
Fantastical
iStat Menus
PhoneView
Concealer
EarthDesk
Mellel
Bookends

https://www.mupromo.com/
*
Bought it! Quite a few apps I wanted here, iStat menus, Printopia, Fantastical & Toast. Didn't care much about the other but FX Photo Studio Pro might be fun for the kids.

Yeah, Phoneview is nice but I already bought from another earlier bundle. You can still burn to an ISO and offload it to another computer for burning. :-)

Anyone buying the MacUpdate Promo Bundle who doesn't need TotalFinder, please let me know. I'll pay for it, of course, unless you're feeling extremely generous.

When I just want to trim a mp4 file with Quicktime, it re-encodes the video which is time consuming and drop quality.

Any apps to recommend just simple trimming without re-encode?
*
You can use ffmpeg to trim a mp4 file without re-encoding but where you can start and end the trim will depend on your i-frames (keyframes) in your original video file.

Here are a few more macOS apps that I have been using (and loving) for several years.

1. Magnet- A windows management app for Mac that lets you move and resize windows with configurable keyboard shortcuts.
2. AlfredAlfred - lets you create custom shortcuts to programs and file folders.
3. SenutiSenuti - offload music, videos and photos from iPhone, iPod, iPad to computer hard drive.
*
Alfred is really good. Been using it for years.
Instead of Magnet, I use BetterTouchTool which has window management among its other features.
Senuti, I don't use.
