Finally gotten the BWU(price diff by rm60 compare to standard). Works great so far though i always mistakenly press caps lock instead of "a" =x=""

You have to remember that Tiamat is a true 7.1 headset and hence it has 5 audio plugs. This is however different from Megalodon where it only simulates 7.1 sound(hence the USB). If you go Tiamat, you will need a 7.1 soundcard for best effect but if you go Megalodon, you do not need any soundcard

My only concern is if Tiamat sound quality is as good as mediocre audiophile headsets Any comments?

Or perhaps the game does not support 7.1? Even you have the hardware for 7.1, if the game does not support it you will still have 2.1. How's the sound quality compare to audiophile headsets?
