This is normal case for Ironclad. Try your luck if it is still under warranty(3 months for local warranty). I did successful RMA-ed one new unit, but i bought it from Razer.com

QUOTE(antonio @ Dec 5 2011, 11:52 PM)
peeling because of what?? that is the main issue here?

If it peals by itself than you can do RMA, but if it peals or cosmetically damage because of the mousepad interacts with other material or fluids such as the teflon mouse feets, sweats, fizzy drinks, ice, cigarette ash drop or others than you probably cant request RMA....

"Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear are not covered." - Direct copy pasta from Razerzone

But, just say you purchased the mousepad and after open discovered that the mousepad is already pealing its paint/print THEN you WOULD probably get to RMA the mousepad...

Warranty doesn't cover the effects of using the product, it covers the defects of the manufacturing....
6-months I believe if taken from Razerzone and only 3-months from Ban Leong here...

It peels by itself (maybe mouse feet causes it) I need to send directly to Razer?

I rather not to post my Ironclad picture, but it's like 40% peeled all over the surface brows.gif

So basically that is what we call wear & tear smile.gif

i too have considered the megasoma. however after doing some digging on the internet. it's cons out weights it's pros sad.gif
if you want a pad to replace the quick-to-die ironclad, i suggest destructor's replacement model, scarab.
*
I also considered the scarab cuz I like hard surface. does scarab have peeling issue like ironclad?
