Why no Tiamat 2.2 hmm.gif
*
tiamat 2.2 packaging should be the same, maybe toned down a bit

tiamat 2.2 doesn't come with that controller right? if the controller is only for 7.1 i would just go for the 7.1. u can plug ur speaker into the controller straight away and switch between speaker and headphones with just a press of button, very convenient i must say

i think armadillo phased out edi.....they replaced with razer mouse bungee

btw for me i will go for a DA + bungee combo rather than mamba. i've heard too many stories from people using mamba as a wired mouse tongue.gif which is a waste

actually wats the use of bungee? @@
*
it holds up your mouse wire so you won;t have the dangling feel of it, in other words it gives u the feel of a wireless mouse

i LOL'ed so hard on this...
it is just to reduce the drag caused by the mouse when you're playing, because, it clips the cable on the err... bungee, and allows quite a length of wire on the table, allowing you to maneuver the mouse without being dragged by the cable due to weight.....
*
that's the feel of wireless rite, no drags or restriction

well, like Everdying said, it's reduce drag, not no drag.
im not being offensive here, just kinda laughed when you describe it like that, so no offense bro. laugh.gif
*
well i just got that idea when someone back then suggested to get a DA + bungee combo instead of a mamba

QUOTE(ahinigami @ Mar 16 2012, 05:09 PM)
I'm not sure whether some people understood what I've written in my previous comment... razer Mamba was first released in year 2009 (if not mistaken) and razer Mamba 4g/2012(Naming convention) was released in 2011 so it took them 2 years to release another version of Mamba. I'm not going to say they will DEFINITELY release a new model in 2 years but according to the previous pattern, if they're going to release a new Razer Mamba it would be next year.

Anyway I'm planning to write a new improved and structured review (Mostly critique) in probably a month later because the previous review was written after 2 days of usage and I was typing it using on-screen keyboard with my Razer Mamba because I can't use my keyboard in my position(I've just went through a surgery). I'll post it here and also send it to Razer Support team. I hoped they will seriously look into all these problems and fix it properly... In terms of hardware and software because I'm seriously disappointed on this mouse, especially when it cost so much... Either way, I've wasted RM 4xx on a mouse that does not meet up to my expectation but still the best mouse I've had and I'm gonna keep on using it.
*
one should be aware enough of all the problems of the mamba based on numerous user reviews on the net. but still glad that u enjoy the mouse, its still a very nice mouse although the price is a bit off smile.gif

if razer would seriously consider fixing all the probs the mouse faced they would have done it in the 4g version based on feedbacks from the original mamba. but as we all know, other than the sensor....which still fails, nothing much other than aesthetics.

Ayam regret liao

I disassembled the whole mouse, dip the cover in hot water hoping it would melt the rubber, then scrape it off.

Now the mouse looks like it has been through hell for over 9000 years. sad.gif
*
wow, boiled imperator any1 brows.gif

now i feel naga hex have the best materials used on any razer mouse. if the surface is not too over glossy
