Hello guys, I need some help here

I have an issue with Razer Imperator

- I bought it from LYN garage sales section and it was working fine around 1.5 years. It served me well for the times and now there is a problem with the sensor problem I guess. I'm not sure whether there are warranty left as previous owner got this mouse as a free gift from friend which mean no receipt. After searching over this thread, I guess I hav to call Ban Leong Razer service centre isnt ?


Description: It was actually working fine for the first few minutes when I plugged it in. As you can see from the video , I cant move the cursor parallel to x-axis as it seems that something is blocking it. I only able to move it vertically and the cursor is jumping /flying /teleporting all over the desktop.

Observation so far :-
1) Blue light is blinking normally.
2) Right click, left click, scrolling, middle click, side buttons = Working
3) POINTER ain't working normally

Solution tried :-
1) Used on different PC - Failed.
2) Cleaned the laser pointer with cotton bud - Failed.
3) Install driver & update firmware - Success to install yet fail to solve problem

I wish I could The previous user doesnt have receipt as I mention earlier that he got this mouse as a gift. Tried to call Ban Leong up see whether can they check the warranty left with the serial number on the mouse yet no luck as they seems like off on Sat

If they tell they cant re-issue one then just ask them to photocopy one for you.

Just got back my rma 3G imperator, but its not 3G its 4G

wont get to play with it , gonna sell it to kawan, settle debt

but but feel like keeping it, so comfortable since so new

Finally sent my Naga for RMA.

Luckily they have records of serial numbers and fortunately I still have my box.

Hopefully they will replace a new one for me next time!

hi guys, anyone knows if its ok for me to take out the battery from my razer mamba refresh mouse and to only use the cable? The battery light indicator keep blinking on the side is because i did not insert the battery? Please let me know if it's normal and can I used it this way ?

Bro, you sent RMA to the shop you bought from or straight to Ban Leong? Did you went to reprint the receipt by bringing the mouse and the box to the shop?

Digital Mall and Jaya 33? but I won't say it is very near, few hundred metre away..but it is a landmark aite? basically it is located in a somewhat industrial area, landmarks will be Toyota, Perodua, The Otomotif College etc oh yeah, the lower floor is occupied by universal music, so if you see a lot of gayson chance posters, you know you are in the right loc.

btw, why not just use Google Maps? the add is available at the first page of this tered. Operating hours shouls be the standard 9am-5pm..

Yep they printed another receipt for me.

i just bought a razer onza, my both trigger is not working in assassin's creed 1 and 2. even after i set the trigger to my MFB....

any of you experience this before?

P/S, my MFB is working if i set it to other button such as a,x,y...etc but not trigger...

Do you meant your trigger doesn't work at all? have you tried in other game? or in devices setting? This is an option for you to check if the button really work or not, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right Click on gamepad > Game Controller setting > Properties. There you can check if all the buttons working or not.

Reminder for you from what I experienced, my Left Trigger got problem, it works but I have to press very hard to get it works 100%, and sometimes it doesn't work at all, do check yours if your trigger works in every inch you press it to the max. Also your stick, I read lot of people having problem with their stick, but mine so far so good. Hope this help.

err,im kinda new to razer product,which 1 is better?blackwidow or lycosa?

the significant difference between those 2 is the type of switches used. Lycosa is using membrane, BW is mechanical based. Better one would be BW, but you lose the backlight..unless you have bigger budget to go for the Ultimate version.

ahh i see thank u for the suggestion,yea after checking their website,the ultimate edition is kinda higher than normal BW($79.00)gonna try look for BW this weekend,hope its jez around 250 n below
