My personal fav would be sanctuary core as i find the last boss very easy to kill and its a lvl23 dungeon which drops nice loots like agates, green 23 and some lvl24 blues.

Some always say Sigh canyon is the fastest but i think the harpies irritating and its low lvl dungeon hence drops also low lvl so if u dont bother about loots, i think this is fastest.
