at the Blacksmith !! ... click on Trade then Enchant Items .... u start using agate fragments after +8 ... do take note, from +1 ~ +6, items will not break, but +7 onwards there is a % that it will break ..

i think the correct item to enhance eqs would be rough agate
not the fragments you can make the fragments into rough agate though 3x fragment and 1 water thinggy from the BS |
