Wii U trouble shooting
1. If you cannot set up your wireless network, try to check your WIFI password and do a manual settings instead of Auto IP configuration
2. If you cannot play Wii classic games, please update the firmware online
3. If you are getting 108-0088 error, please try to update later. The online updates take around 1-3 hours depending on network and server response time. 108-0088 means network connection failure. You can resume the download until you get the firmware downloaded. Installation is faster..
4. Please make sure your step down transformer do not have thermal cut which may cut off the power if it is too hot - dangerous for the Wii U during firmware upgrade
