Guys, I'm currently living in a condo. Bought the place and moved in at 2007. When I first moved in, I hired a contractor then to do the wiring from the scratch and then apply for a fresh new account with TNB. Yup, the unit did not have anything done before that.

Problem is, about 6 months ago, one of the air con in the bedroom got shot. Then, 3 months ago, water heater at the mail bathroom got shot. I think the whole house wiring was not done properly.

Question is, how much will it cost me to redo the whole wiring in the house from scratch? I already have a 14 point fuse switchbox installed that currently being used. I just want fresh wires to start from the box to all my lightings, air cons, water heaters, fans, etc to ensure nothing 'bad' happens.

Please help with suggestions and advices. Thank you so much!
