I guess you need to check and re-lay new cables for those high voltage equipment (aircorn / water heater, etc), as those good to have individual.
But if you want to relay the whole house, than I guess you need to move out else those dusts will kill you first, or you just want to use PVC to covert it up.

Most of the time, the electrian will tap into existing cable and use, endup if you turn on aircorn or heater together, it fused will jumps lol.
