Details of the complaint :

first saw his thread selling a 2 months old sirui tripod for rm320 only.go to the link provided to see it.

did my research to find if he was a trusted trader or not and was satisfied.so i called him.

20/8-gave me his account number : 162357238369(maybank) and 14150077181526(cimb) under the name Muhammad Nur Fairuz bin Ilias.he also said that another person wanted to buy the tripod so he said i should transfer the money that day.so i transferred rm250 to his cimb account.he was on his way to penang so he was going to post me the tripod on monday(22/8)

then he gave me sooo many excuses like he came back late on monday and lastly "wanted" to sell but his wife told him NOT to sell the tripod.so he asked me my account number and gave him but untill now haven't got my money back

i just want to warn about this guy and hopefully you guys don't get scammed like me(worst hari raya ever!)

i just hope that all his reasons are really true and he is not lying.hopefully.i'll wait but called the number he no answer.makes me suspicious...

Added on September 6, 2012, 11:17 pmAnd so here I am today to announce that Mr. Muhammad Nur Fairuz Ilias, have returned my money. It's really late (1 year exactly) but after all this time, he still remember the sin that he has done to me and a few others. With this message, I announce that he is not a scammer. He may have been in a very dire decision to do what he had to do. If he was a normal scammer, he'd be off and I would forever lost my money, but he has given it back, in full amount

I hope this clears up your tainted name and I hope everyone else will forgive you. God bless
