Anyone using Case Mate tough? I am looking for a case that is hard cover outside but not that thick. Any suggestion?

can go to the digital section in sunway pyramid...there's a shop there...new stock coming in yesterday  ...he offered me 90 maybe becoz ive bought casing and scree protector there... ...by the way...i tried finding a very good screen protector...any suggestion? im not fond of privacy screen protectors...i prefer anti oil and finger print...any specific brand?

cuz nothing new... and i gotta admit, SGS2 development is quite boring...

nothing like while I'm on Desire, always get ports from other device, always new version. and HD2, Nexus One, Nexus S, Evo 4G also never gets boring.

maybe sgs2 still new but so far, its a boring ride for me.

How matte do you want your screen? The SGP ultoptics is the clearest matte SP I know of. But after a week or two of heavy use it gets cloudy as hell from finger oils and becomes impossible to clean.

And the Estoc+ is more glossy then matte actually, though it's not as glossy as the ultra crystal or the Glas. It's easy to clean though, and it's harder to get fingerprints on it then normal glossy SPs.

And then there's Gadgetshieldz or BSE (or Incredible Shield). Not as clear as ultopts or Estoc+, and feels like sticky vinyl (which I hate)., at least it's not very glossy (because of the orange peel effect, which you might hate). And fingerprints don't really stick, plus it's nigh impossible to scratch.

And ALL the SPs I mentioned are MILES better then RM15 SPs, I can assure you. No idea about MartinFields tho.

yeah if you came from an enjoyful device development, you'll feel the same way as me. but i think sgs2 will have more to come, which i believe it is pretty new so far.

I came from HD2 as well. True SGS2 got nothing new. No new base rom, CM7 and MIUI is still incomplete so nothing much to do. HD2 was fun cos it is not native android so development took time with new rom better improvement. SGS2 is already android running 2.3.3 / 2.3.4. There really is nothing much to improve on until icecreamsandwich is released for phone. Can't really blame SGS2. Blame google. 

i tried everything. i didnt like MIUI, despite all themes it have, cuz i like android pure experience more. CM7 is my all time favourite since day 1 i owned Desire on August last year. sticking to TW rom for now cuz of some features i need.

Sensation is great, but Evo 3D is better! though i still love my SGS2 cuz of its slim profile. and for me SGS2 is a dual core revolution phone so thats why i buy it.
Yeap HTC device is so OMG. i bought SGS2 cuz it was originally unlocked too.

Yeah I am still waiting for a stable CM7. Was on hyperdroid for a long time. But i seem to like TW cos its very smooth.

as a sgs2 user, of course i agree. browsing and internet i feel Sensation faster though. watched a review for both, and tested my cousin's Sensation and it seems true.

And also HTC got lazy and used the HD2 as a base for all sorts of other phones, which meant easier cross ports. That's why we have Android AND WP7 running on it.

Plus, we can ALWAYS run en masse to the Nexus (or Galaxy or Droid or whatever) Prime when (and if it ever) comes out, and if it's really the next Google flagship. Dev should be rockin' from the start.

Although by that time we might have a great dev ecosystem going on for the SGS2 already, rite?

and SGS2 is too boring in development cuz it started from top as said above, which is we are too powerful to have anything else except some minor mods added.

i didnt mean to have ports and such like in Desire and HD2, just that in SGS2, its not too busy yet. the usual dev in Desire that have frequent updates for their roms is flamed by Ninpo and some other mods, and leaving the dev section. like Adam and Neo
