buy ferrari not necessarily u want speed but enjoy the build, the brand, the design, the premium handling , n what money can buy, not necessarily the speed to enjoy it cuz not everyone enjoy speed but the pride n enjoyment of simply using it just like i said before, staring at the screen itself and simply holding it make me so song n the flexibility of android n lagless operation make me life alittle better n business better lol not necessarily must use 3g de hehe just to debunk the myth user is kiasu...at least imo, better than ipong stereotypes "i don k, ipong is the best"

today i just subscribe to digi 3G plan finally. though i dont feel it's a need rather than want.

anyhow just to update u guys on the smart plan

now i get the cheapest is RM 48 p.m. give 1gig. if call bill >RM52, then u get 25% disc off the 48, so RM 36. my monthly phone bill is RM90 -150

opt for auto -billing (credit card) u get another RM 5 off so in total , i effetively pay RM 30 for 1gig which i think is a good deal.

the previous plan is RM 33 for 300mb only, RM 28 if auto biling. after that, u cant use anymore - not even at slower speed. u hv to wait for the next month for clean slate.

so pay extra RM3 , can get 'unlimited' 1gig quota (after finished quota, just slower speed ) so the new plan is definitely worth it

those data counter apps usually only maxis users is it? since the usage can cross to different payment range is it, lik dat dangerous lo. so digi one no need careful on this arh? cuz if over limit, then only slows the speed since the monthly rate is fix

i think data usage it's more like one's need or not, not necessity depending on nature of lifestyle . many users here not necessarily need 3g plan like some students. dont la always must say data usage is a necessary la abit annoying edi. idk since when this is thread is turning into use s2 must need 3g plan.

drive in small town u tink need gps or not. dont hv the need to sync mail . no need updates on news or weather. viber still many customers dont use , work in office 9-5pm got wifi, go home got wifi, not to mention those r 15" lcd, or those got tablets. etc etc still need apply plan? or i must subscribe because i use a smartphone ? quite a twisted logic tat is. pls respeect other s2 users also la how ppl use their s2 is their business ...

im not the one asking that.

im not advocating use or not use is good. im just stating it on neutral ground that it is not necessary, ofcourse, to fully utilised the superphone, 3g is prefered so ppl should reserve from giving all sorts of smartaleck opinions about ppl who dont need 3g.

not only save money, but save wastage too (one of the main reason why i try not to get biggest 3g plan. watch youtube on pc much much better!

speaking of wastage. today i go n hunt for 1-2A charger but dont hv. only 1A for charging blackberry but is s2 usable cuz micro usb-B.

i assume any brand phone charger is considered safe on s2. 700mA is slow n wasting current only Lol

i think dell streak is already big as a mini tablet phone. personally sgs2 is the biggest i wud go for a phone gadget haha in fact, i nvr imagine owning a 4.3" phone ever before. i tot 3.3-3.5" is the end journey for lcd size .anything else like streak/note, is odd, anything bigger like tab10.1 holding it to ur ear would just be farking hilarious lol myb they just want a calling function for calling using their BT set

eventho these days i just use bluetoth most of the time, really save the effort of wiping my sgs2 screen after each calls =.=||

i just installed swiftkey x and widgetsoid2.x....really awesome
especially the disable/enable lock...too fantastic to be real cuz im abit dreadful of the frequent pattern lock d every time it screens out n the unlock/screen lock widgetsoid2.x just bring alot of pleasantry

i like swype it was fun but it rly gets the SP all prints...
but the swyping efficiency dpds on my finger 'condition' like that so abit ofa turn-off for me

i like the light theme of swiftkey x that mimics htc cum apple's qwerty which i adored so much but nvr get the chance to use them.
i feel that they r slightly bigger than the stock qwerty which is a really good thing

today my s2 battery cover, the tiny leg there that u need to push to locks to the s2 there broke..this one considered cover by warranty mah haha...if not, i want to complain the quality lik dat .

is mine the first case?
i consider very gentle d...
every 2 days, only change spare batt once...not consider heavy use right...bad quality lerzz

or u recommend patah every leg only go claim lol

and then, how u guys clean the top part where the glass meets the edges of the shiny plastic? its most likely to accumulate dirt due to ear pressing to phone when calling time. see got abit dirt edi, wah...very 'sam dong orh'...

the gap so subtle hard to reach to clean, now i try use speaker and bt as freq as possible to maintain the pristine condition

every once and a while i hv a micro penyapu sapu the gap then my father see me doin this lol at me ...lol

i dont think ive ever treat a phone this well before...even my previous samsung wave n phones before it i din wear any casing or SP whole ownership duration lol

what is more important is that, at this rate, we all r gonna change a new phone faster than the battery kong. say 3 years before changing model is considered quite outdated already

speaking of kong if thats ur concern, even if u charge at ur convenient or fully discharged then full recharge it, both method wont damage the battery even a bit.

going day out with partial charge battery is more damaging to my business and social than concern of not getting a full charge cycle for my battery that gives a tiny bit edge only.

but i've a fren who casually tested his hp and her gf's hp over the years, his gf 's method of full charge cycle seem to be best treatment for the battery lifespan compare to his charge at convenience. they use the same model phone. my folks also use this method over the years over different phone models and said the same thing. but i highly doubt its improvement is a long shot.
