baseband version:  I9100KG6
KERNAL VERSION: 19100XXKH3-CL479037 se.infra@SEI-15 #2

What is the different between modem and kernal? WHICH one is my modem and what i my kernal?

also where could i get Ninphetamine 2.0.2 and SpeedMod s2 k1 T27? and between this two if i flashed them, could i still use with KH3 modem?

Login Failure
This may caused by:
-WiFi is off  (able to scan my PC, no issue)
-SMB server is out of network scope
-The IP is invalid (IP is valid, as it was detected by scan)
-Block by the firewall (i off the windows firewall and kaspersky internet securty)
-SMB service is off
from the above, SMB i got no idea
but i google SMB
SMB is by default for win XP

when chargin i use setcpu to set max 800mhz
i noticed it was hot
then unplug it
it went back down to 49 then 36

another question.

i understand that to flash rom (say cognition rom) is to dload the zip file, placed it into internal memory and install it via cwm recovery.

does this method applicable to someone who are moving from one rom to another rom or from stock rom only?

what about flashing via odin, i flashed my LRV5 via odin, why not this cognition rom via odin too?

guys, anyone think the auto brightness is too bright?

Go to xda thread on themes,  there is a mod to reduce even the lowest brightness to even lower level. And don't ask me where,  go search it there is. I remember in the first few pages

Normal temperatures (static) - below 30C
When charging phone - around 35C
When playing games/browsing/video - 30 - 40C
Playing games while charging - above 45C
Your phone can sustain around -50 - 55C continously.
Go to service centre if your phone - above 60C
All the above is estimated temperatures.

it's in usbStorage alright, but make sure ur pendrive is formatted with FAT or FAT32. NTFS wont read

HDDs all need external power, EXCEPT one: the 120GB Samsung S1 1.8' ExHDD. Works fine, no external power needed. ONLY the 120GB one though.

My 16 GB Thumbdrives ( Kingston and Apacer ) - no problem reading it by the phone

Harddisk must be FAT32 - I have tried on my Philip 120 GB and WD 500gb

NTFS - by default cannot yet.  Since all my harddrive is FAT32 to cater usage for my Macs ; so I never test those hack solutions for NTFS. But I did test those hacks for  my previous Acer Iconia to read USB NTFS ( borrow my friend HD just to test ) - works well

If this is critical issue, buy a blackberry or Nokia symbian phone
I have used it for 4 months + and has yet to burn my hands or burn my ears. It is NOT hot - when you say hot we are talking about temperatures above 60 degree
Operating temperatures ranges from 25 degree at idle to 40+. EXtreme temperature I have hit is 48 when using it as wireless hotspot and GPS
If you cannot accept these ranges, you can forget getting any dual core Android

I use 2A charger and I dont believe those theories it will spoil phone. I have been using the 2A for even my previous low eed Androids and Windows Mobiles. I used 2A as I need not switch car charger as it can charge all my tablets too ( which need 2A). But I don't use those capalang brand - I use Griffin and Kensington . Is definitely faster than those normal car charger ( 500mA) or mid range (1A)
