I played both fifa manager and football manager.

Fifa manager had a very good 3d simulation game and allow you the manage a lot of thing (from team tactical and training to finance, upgrading stadium and facilities and even the manager personal life).

However, i still prefer football manager as it has larger database and the game is more realistic.
