Only 1 thing tht comes out frm my mind, how often the motor will be utilised considering the frequency of maintenance for the pendant light or chandelier. How often do U need to replace the bulb for the pendant/chandelier?
Even if you do not replace the bulb frequently, you will still need to clean the frequently. In some malls, they use the pulley system that allows the fittings to be lowered for maintenance.
