u using line out or head out?

well there are 2 audio outs for e10, one at the back which is line out, one in front which is headphone out, if u are using line out then u will be using it's dac only and connecting to another amp, if not u using both dac and amp from the package

if u have another amp around, u can line out and try the dac alone

if u have some better amp, than u can use it, instead of the e10 amp, couple scenarios u might meet:

1. e10 amp not powerful enough for ur can
2. e10 is dark and u finding a bright amp to match ur can
3. e10 headphone jack (by any weird chances) is faulty

of course e10 will be a better choice, it's a 24 bit hardware
