How do you find the L5 pairing?
Also..let me guess, your equalizer setting on your sony walkman is flat/none?

Cause, I noticed something funny with my X1k with L5 pairing with any amps.
If I use any others equalizer others than "none" (flat), the volume becomes somewhat funny, sometimes its loud and sometimes it became softer, and it happens constantly throughout a single and every song lol.

Walkman S series + L5 + Samson SR850 have punchy low, clearer mids and high. EQ set to none.

For L5, when I connect to Walkman, only 1 output tru LOD

but for L3, both LOD and audio jack have output...

Fiio E7 suitable for external speaker? I would like to buy amp+DAC that's suitable for external speaker and headphones for laptop/desktop

may not be enough to power speakers, it is all intended for headphones, for speaker small like capsule those ok, but if u saying like 5.1 stuff, u must be nuts to think it will drive full potential of the speakers

Unless it is powered speakers.

I use powered speaker, old sonicgear ego 2.1


Should I take soundblaster x-fi external usb instead?

i think should be okay, SG products arent that powerful also, SQ is also not that good

New FiiO E6 user here !!!

Using it with Galaxy S + Voodoo + FiiO E6 > Shure315

My Shure SE315 finally have enough good quality bass!!. Its hard to get good amount of low frequency from this single BA. But with this AMP, the bass quality and bass quantity increased.

Without the AMP I could get the similar bass from my Galaxy S + Voodoo too, but the bass effected are muddy because it effected other frequencies and hard to get my ideal sound quality ^^.

Also this AMP gives warm sound !!! , any headphone or earphone lack of low frequency will absolutely appreciate what FiiO E6 can do!

Conclusion:
Definitely worth the RM110 for the bass equalizer alone, for people who need it to drive high impedance drivers should not hesitate !!

for 15V last time I get it from Pasar road. Normal electric store won't sell it.
