If you ignore/cancel too many, you get a final warning. If there's still cancellations after that, all your orders are removed and your account gets closed.
I don't think it really matters whether you ignore or mail to cancel, it's the cancelling they don't like, no matter in what way. But a mail is more polite I guess.. |
