And the lagging is due to the phone is still under demo/dev set. You can browse youtube for more recent videos.

Dont ask for Note SP but try ask for Dell Streak SP. Maybe got stock. Both phone is about same size

Just go to any Dell shop that sell Dell Streak. Sure got SP there :-P

There., you see how troublesome it is.? For me to transfer anything from my Tab to Note can be done either by import thru sd, direct transfer via bluetooth or sync thru Gmail. 3 minutes all done ~~duhh~~

Samsung is using Exynos for its flagship phone. SGS3 gonna use Exynos 4212 due to be release middle of next year. But Samsung usually use Tegra for its tablet product.
