Hi...Got a Question...Which SC did you go to get the Loan Replacement Car?

Rawang SC got a lot of replacement Car? Glenmarie keep on saying no replacement car and have to wait...Damn sien already...waited like almost 2 months...

What kind of "Best" Treatment can get hor >.<"

Can u ask for compensation if your car got recurring problems? For few MONTHS...in out in out of SC...Problem still there...Was thinking of going to Tribunal and get the Car replaced with a New Set of Car...

Still waiting reply from Tribunal if that is possible or not...

My Problem:

1. The Steering handling on Rough roads, small bump @ cornering - The Steering feels loose and like the wheel is wobbling. - Still Waiting to be fixed

2. Inside Dashboard got rattling Sound - Already sent in like 4-5 times, left my car for whole day and got 1 time left it for 1 week plus - Still there, waiting for replacement car.

3. Rear Absorber knocking when on uneven roads - They Changed Absorber

4. Dashboard detailing defect - They Changed the whole Dashboard...This is when the No.2 problem comes in...they dint do a proper job fixing the new dashboard.

5. Wind Noise @ Driver - They Installed new Panel

6. Rear Door inner locking mechanism Loose hence making rattling noise @ back

7. Front undercarriage noise @ knocking noise when go on a winding parking road with the small "longkang" in between - Fixed but still got minor fixing to be made

8. Number plate loose - I changed the whole number plate and Put Screws on.

9. Driver side window when open half can hear the Locking mechanism rattling - New Problem

10. Rear Skirting Installation defect - Changed the Skirting twice...

Got few more but i cant recall...I go in out of Perodua like 7-8 times already...

Give empty promise...Promise want to call but dint call...i am the 1 have to follow up...end up asking me to check with their superior instead of them checking...Told me to ask their HQ on how the status instead of them chasing the HQ....Summore the reason that they dint call me is because they are sad and scared to tell me the truth...i was like WTF??? U feel SAD for what??? I am the 1 that supposed to be sad...not u...just call me la tell the status....

Now waiting for replacement car...i summore told them...nvm...i go find a car myself and u guys just fix it...no need get me replacement car save them the hassle....After 1 week plus...still cant fix and end up need to get replacement car...

Mine is the Premium...Got it March 2011...I got collect the Invoice Sheet as proof...So was thinking if really cannot fix...then i wanna go tribunal...but...looks like the chance is very slim...

Only thing is hopefully can ask for compensation...Bought thru Sales Agent...

Cant do any mods now takut they dont wanna fix...damnzzzz...

The only mod i did was change to K&N & Iridium plugs...

Various place i send for Fix...

1st Fix Roda Kayangan - 1st and last going there

2nd Fix - Glenmarie

3rd Fix (Skirting) - USJ Perodua (Kinda Good Job/Service)

Then the rest is Glenmarie - Empty promise = Glenmarie

Now waiting HQ buzz me for the replacement car...Service i always go Airport Subang...

Webby? I send few emails to them directly...long long email...ANd yeah....only ALZA give this kind of prob...Maybe we are the unlucky ones...Should have bought from another Manufacturer...haizzz...

Added on October 17, 2011, 5:42 pmBTW...I have tested the Cars the Alza...The Alza Test Drive Unit & My Unit...My Uncle Unit & My Unit...BIG DIFFERENCE...Steering Stable, no wobbling, Dash No Sound...etc etc...

Did you check his Tempreture Setting? If Max, the Fan kick quite often...If At Center...the fan kick quite lama...

& Yeah...Glenmarie Service a bit on the low side...like to make empty promise and usually if lots of problem they like bo layan...only a few people in there is Good...

Well they claim is the 2011 Model which the 1 came with the fix soundproof on the roof...So guess definately is 2011 model...as i did ask them to check my Chasis number if my model is the old model that is not equipped with the roof soundproofing..

They keep track using the chasis number...and they also show me the Memo from HQ on which chasis range model is effected. Mine is not in the list hence its the 2011 model...also, 2011 model gearnob got lights unlike the old model which no lights on the Gearknob. (PRND3)

The thing is...When we complain to P2...They put us like a noob that dont know anything about the car 1...so basically when we complain...they will think...

"Aiya...Ini Bodo punya worang tak tau apa apa pasal kereta..." Ali...Lu klentong sama dia cakap need 2 hari repair...then they use the car to go buy goreng pisang...jalan jalan...

No major Fix will be done...Just open the Glove compartment...check check...then test drive...by right they should tear down the whole dashboard...inspect 1 by 1...

I clocked my Mileage...I see my car was driven 120-130KM while it was in P2 possession...Dint even bother to compensate the petrol they use to test drive...

Was thinking of doing so for the next round...

Anyway...This my second Dashboard...the 1st original 1 got Cosmetic defect...they change it coz QC dint properly check...Give me new Dashboard...from then till now got that Rattling sound in the dashboard...In out in out 4-5 time still cannot solve that sound...HQ ask me to leave the car at Glenmarie for 2-3 days say will take out Dashboard but when i come to test it again...they say..."No...We dint Take out Dash Board to Inspect, we just check from the glovebox area only..." i was like WHAT???!!! Your HQ told me to leave my car here so u guys can take out the dashboard and check!!! Then this few days check what la? If open glove box and check no need few days right?

Then i have to leave the car for another few days...Total 1 week plus...

End up Problem still there....Complain back to HQ...tell me will get Replacement car in few days...but till now...no replacement car...

I summore gave them chance no need find a replacement car, save them the hassle...i borrow car from somebody...end up until i have to return the car after the 1 week + and still problem not solve and no replacement car...

I now will buzz them every single day for the replacement car...My patients is running very very low...

At your Geran Kereta...Also at your Car Insurance Cover note also can check "Manufacture Year = 2011". Or just buzz your insurance guy to check.

I dont know bout u but i will push them until they dont want to see my car anymore...so better fix the prob or ill make you change your handphone number...

The thing is the Dashboard rattling problem IF everyone have it then i can accept but they should do something bout it...U know what i found out? they use Nescafe/Milo Can as a Washer/Gap closer. How i know? Coz they accidentally put the thing in my car when i test drive with them. The technician str8 away take and put inside his pocket. I ask him what is that? He said owh...we open up the center panel and found out the previous technician use this to close & tighten gap between the screws.

Why i rage is because i test their test drive unit...and test my car...Big Difference... The Steering vibrate while cornering on rough/uneven road is not there...No rattling inside the dashboard...

If SC wont care...then i care... i will push them to the limits...Pay 60K+ with this kind of issue is just damn bull if they say tak apa...If second hand then understandable...but new car with this issue is not acceptable...This is my 2 cents...

Yup...I documented every single invoice receipt since the 1st visit @ Roda Kayangan


Awaiting feedback from tribunal....Dint do a report but asking advice from them on how to proceed.

A bit cacat liao i think my average...compared to my normal driving...i get around 9.2 ltr / 100km...dunno how i get this...but was in a shock...but my feet also heavy...haha...iridium and K&N does give abit of a difference...

What app u use that liao?
