Buy the air filter and cabin filter outside, change them yourself. Don't let the SC suck your money.

I worked in kltown city n lately every evening it rains. very heavy summore and rubber is not sufficient for a clean sweep during heavy rains.

I've used silicon wiper before... it really works better on heavy downpour but it's not so good on drizzle as it will jerks or squeaks... Previously tried SWV but it's very expensive for Alza... That's why asking here anyone using any and can give some recommendation?

What I do every year is during raining season I put on rain-x. My Alza wiper is still good, I think rubber is the best. My car is 2+ coming to 3 yrs old. I'm glad the rubber quality is pure rubber, so it last longer and better.

I use silicon wipers on other cars because they last longer. Few years buy one pair... wow. As long as you are buying a pair of pure silicon wipers, then no matter what price and brand, it is alright. But how to determine if it is a pair of pure silicone wiper?

Silicone mixed with rubber is bad. It tends to bend after some time.
Rubber mixed with synthetic rubber also bad. Pure rubber products are lasting but pricy.

O... just thought of something. If you are paying a premium, make sure it is those triple edge type... the wiper silicone part, the shape looks like a Christmas tree (if it makes any sense).

do not go for CC5 if always need long journey.

city drive is ok.

a few users reporting car spin or lost control during road wet condition. may be speed and cornering are one of the issue... sweat.gif
