I'm also lazy to post points to gain everyone's support.
Here is a good write, hope you guys can spend some time reading:

Those of you that read my articles here on The Gunning Hawk, or follow me on twitter (shameless plug: @JjeffPatterson), know by now that I am never shy about leveling criticism when I believe criticism is due. Our football club has given me a never-ending supply of these topics since I began my daily segment back in June.
When I read through the comments left on this blog and others, the call that has been getting ever louder over the past few years has been for Arsene Wenger to leave. People who want to seem him leave don’t seem to mind if he’s fired, resigns, or has the locks at Emirates changed behind his back, they just want him gone, sooner the better. Many people have worried that giving Wenger a full season will lead to relegation.
I’m here, right now, to tell you how wrong you are.
Firstly, this isn’t an “Arsene Knows Best” piece. More precisely, it’s a “Nobody knows better at the moment, so why not Arsene,” piece. If you think the way to turn this ship around is to behead the captain, and hold it aloft as a trophy, you have lost the plot every bit as much as you claim our manager has.
The biggest reason that Arsene deserves to stay for this season is simple: His players still believe in him, wholeheartedly. They want to play for this man, and they want to vindicate him. They don’t want to be the squad that lets the legendary Arsene Wenger down, and that is something that will motivate them when all else fails.
Think about it. This is a time when it would be so easy to speak out against Wenger, to get caught up in the maelstrom of criticism being levied at the manager. But there is not one Gunner, current or former, who believes Arsene should be fired. They may question his methods, but never question whether he is the right man for the job.
This summer has been a hell for Gooners, it has been a hell for the manager as well. The manager was adamant that the club keep it’s stars, and it’s easy now to see why.
Arsenal appear to be a very mediocre side without Cesc Fabregas, lacking organization both in attack and in defense. It’s clear now just how much of a general he was in the middle, because we have yet to find any sense of order in the midfield since his departure.
My personal instinct tells me that Arsene is a company man, who has not been adequately supported by his bosses. Hearing him say he is accustomed to hell on earth, so going to hell in death will be no problem for him, shows me a man who is tired of being the fall-guy for an organization that is asking him to do things which are impossible.
Being able to compete with the Chelsea’s of the world on a shoestring budget and a youth policy was an ambitious and laudable ideal, it truly was. It doesn’t seem realistic when these rich clubs are popping up over night.
It’s one thing when there are 4 or 5 clubs in the world spending this way, as it was when the Youth Project was conceived, but now its 8 or 9 clubs, and surely there are more on the way. It’s a much more difficult proposition when the Manchester City’s of the world are filling their squad with the “Noah’s Ark” mentality (2 star players for every position).
Arsenal lost out this summer on Juan Mata, Phil Jones, and quite possibly several other big names that will never be confirmed. Heads need to roll, for the way this summer went, and I believe it starts higher up than Wenger. I don’t feel like getting into a naming game, but the people who have asked Arsene Wenger to stay competitive year after year, while also asking him to weaken his squad year after year, are the ones Gooners should be angry at, not the man who’s done his best to hold it together.
But he can’t do it alone. Right now there is a call, from pretty much every corner of Gooner Nation, for a defensive coach to be brought in, and it should be done without hesitation. The players themselves are asking for a defensive coach to be brought in, personally, I’d love for Martin Keown to return. Our defending has been abysmal, really for a couple seasons now, and the one big criticism I have for Arsene is that he hasn’t brought anyone in sooner.
Unfortunately, I also think there needs to be a shakeup in his coaching staff. The majority of Arsene’s staff has spent more than a decade in his service, thats far too long to be without fresh influence from the outside.
Basically, there is no one behind the scenes telling Arsene what we are screaming at our televisions each matchday. That must be fixed as soon as possible. The landscape of world football is changing quickly these days, and the clubs that are successful are the ones who adapt the quickest. Arsenal are stuck in the past, and it’s killing us.
To conclude, I believe that Wenger should have this season, the chance to right the ship. He CAN do it. If this season ends up as the disaster so many are now expecting, Arsene can safely be removed then, because this club will be in for a Liverpool-esque shakeup.
Those of you who feel Wenger should be fired immediately would be wise to remember that different doesn’t always mean better, and a change in manager to fix the squad can easily have the exact opposite effect, leaving the club much worse off than they were in the first place.
As I said in the beginning, it’s not a matter of Arsene knowing best, it’s just that right now, there is no one who knows any better.
