Wait till you see the saves he made on that same night against Germany.  notworthy.gif

Edit: Btw good news. Cameroon has all but failed to qualify for next year's ACN. Song will be available all season. So we will only lose Gervinho, Frimpong and Chamakh in January.

Waa nice. We no need buy keeper again for next 20 years!

If the salary structure is not revised, experienced players will leave to clubs that can afford to pay more.
It is just like a company who can offered competitive salary will always be able to sustain their employee.

I'm happy with the current new recruits.
Of course, not only me but i'm sure other gooners fans too will be ecstatic if Arenal managed to sign big players like Sneijder, Honda and all those players u mentioned, but it will never happen as all of us know Arsenal will never afford their pay, therefore we can only dream.

Players like RVP shud be rewarded with a competitive salary for his loyalty and his performance.
I don't think it will be lot to give some increment to players who performs.

Er, yes we don't have sugar daddies but we have stingy daddies! mad.gif

In April 2010, business magazine Forbes ranked Arsenal as the third most valuable football team in the world, after Manchester United and Real Madrid, valuing the club at $1.181bn (£768m), excluding debt.[2]
- wikipedia

Stan is a businessman and he must be crazy if he wants to leave Arsenal.

As long as Wenger is the manager, Arsenal will never be like Leeds or Newcastle.
btw are u telling me to jump ship to MC b'cos i'm complaining?

If i want to jump ship, WHY SHOULD I BE POSTING HERE????

i tot AW & Board spending and wages policy made Arsenal the 3rd most valuable football team in the world in the first place?

n sounds like, if we buy taller, we want speedier, if speedier, we want handsomer bla bla..

he can talk kok all he wants, but not single fucuk given by stan n aw

i think joylee is one of the board itself or got REAL insider source about how much CASH Arsenal have in the bank.

JoyLee also got real proof that AW n board are stingy people. Can buy top money transfer and wages but AW n board choose to simpan that moneh.

all future money for investment, plan, emirates operational cost are set up already. Left 3736465945704 mil money in the bank for transfer and wages.

And i support JoyLee.

Dem u AW n Board. go die better. stingy people.

Congrats for the win.

Arteta is like 2nd version of Fab with string of killer pass.

Went to Arsenal Malaysia gathering in Damansara Perdana. Fans very lively with those chants!

AW on about captaim armband

on Chamakh having the captain’s armband for the final 10 minutes…
He could find anybody! I told him to keep it, what does it matter for the last 10 minutes. Thomas Vermaelen is the vice-captain but it was difficult to find him!

Premier League - Kroenke: Wenger right to be t
ight

Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has backed Arsene Wenger's cautious and frugal approach to the transfer market despite reservations from supporters about the path the club is taking.

The Gunners did sign five players in the closing days of the transfer window - with Mikel Arteta and Per Mertesacker both starting in Saturday's 1-0 win over Swansea - but their strategy under Wenger is not one of reckless spending.

Indeed, over the course of the summer window it is estimated that the club made a net profit of around £14 million thanks to the sales of Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas to Manchester City and Barcelona respectively.

Supporters have grown increasingly frustrated with Wenger's refusal to embark on a spending spree but, in a rare public appearance, Kroenke says he will not pressure on the manager to recruit big names.

"There's a risk of going backwards if you overreact and start throwing money around in an attempt to solve your problems," Kroenke said.

"Unfortunately we saw that with the (St Louis) Rams several years ago. Signing a bunch of free agents wasn't the answer. It set things back, and it took us a while to dig out of it.

"Our track record is out there for people to see. If we think there's good value, we'll spend."

Owner is fully supporting AW policy.

n since both of carriers is owned by the same man, there will no healthy competitive flight ticket fare war between them.

i fear the ticket price will be adjusted to suck more sponsor money to QPR.

23mil Malaysian will be the victim

on a strange situation without manager Arsène Wenger…
First of all, it was extremely strange not having the manager next to me because usually he is shouting in my ear: 'why did he do that?' and 'why didn't he do that?'. Did I like it? Not really, no. It has never been one of my ambitions to be the manager of a football club. It is very strange. It is too stressful for me.
