I'd blame gervinho for being selfish and not passing the ball to RVP when he was darn clear from anyone..that "goal" would get us 3-1 up..

I know he was trying to change Arsenal style of passing but no shooting..however when your teamate is clear from any defender you should make the right decision..

And I was baffled why players refused to pass to Arteta when he was our most creative player on the pitch..Arteta should get more ball and dictate the play..not Ramsey nor Song Billabong..

And I was suprised by the quality of Santos crossing..he should keep doing that from the beginning..with the squad we have, we should play direct football not typical tippy tappy Arsenal..we should keep the crosses coming from the deep, not trying to play the ball to the box on the ground..we don't have the quality to play the ball on the ground like we used to have..direct play and crosses should be our new style to be effective..

And from what I see so far, Per is kinda overrate..however, I'd reserve my judgement till Christmas..

then the other 3 goals is like unlucky imo... yakubu second goal was clearly offside from the other angle... while i cant say anything about the own goals...

ohya, regarding gervinho refuse to pass to rvp, that was onside too... if gervinho passed earlier... the space for him to pass to rvp was clear though....

dont forget we scored 2 own goals.

We played alright IMO. Yak's 2nd goal was blatantly offside and the 2 own goals were really really unfortunate. Paul Robinson made some really fantastic saves as well. On another day we would have won. But there is no denying that we still need to work defensively. We just don't defend well enough as a unit. I have said it many times. It doesn't matter who we have as a central defensive partnership when we don't defend as a unit. We can have Vidic, Pique, Cahill, <insert any name> it would still be the same. I'm not sure if there is a problem with our training or whatever but our players apart from the 4 defenders as a whole don't get back quick enough when we lose the ball.

Watching City's game, Sergio Aguero is on scoring mode again.

Torres de more like blunder of the season la...he could afford to walk the ball into the net also...and he missed SWT

Chelsea gave a very good fight against ManU and come not that far away from salvaging a points. Scoreline is very much unfair.

Carling Cup this week, hopefully we will do much better and to be honest i hope to see 11 changes in the team.

Actually both misses (Rooney & Torres) are horrible in their respective situation. Rooney got all the time and space to smash the ball with nobody pressured him, but in the end he slipped badly. While Torres, he dribble past De Gea but he still got to control the ball with opposition at his back. But he chose to shoot with his weaker foot. Had he been much more composed, i'm sure the outcome is different.

for those who said that arsenal dont have any chances of winning trophy are stupid because they never trust the player... then y support Arsenal if u dont trust arsenal anymore better go to other club

last season Chelsea start very good at the start of season and ends up no trophy why is this happening..... u all look to 1 match result not 1 season result ..... lost 3 match in 5 epl game doesnt mean we cannot fight for tilte u all r not god that can predict the future
