QUOTE(kEazYc @ Oct 29 2011, 07:36 PM) Hey guys, wanted to ask is it possible to set 1600 x 900 resolution for N55SF-SX047V? My friend's seems to be a bit weird, his bro got the i5 version which is possible to set that redo while i7 is not possible, any solutions? nope. core i7 come with 1366x768 screen resolution. core i5 come with 1600x900 resolution. |

QUOTE(timy_fabregas @ Nov 1 2011, 04:17 PM) Hi Asus members, this happened to me too. but not bad as u. scared the hell of me Recently I accidentally drop my Sonic Master sub-woofer speaker when I try to lift my laptop. Because I forgot that my speaker is plug in, the speaker was hanging through out the lifting motion. To make it much worse, I quickly put my laptop on the floor to avoid stress from hanging sub-woofer but the speaker hit the floor in doing so. Its already too late when I realized as the jack from the speaker turn to bend, while the yellow port for the sub-woofer chip a bit due to pressure from the speaker hanging. In general as the after effect : 1) My port is chipped ~ can't tell whether is broken or not 2) My sub-woofer jack turn to bend, ~ can't test my speaker problem, either only the jack is broken or all the speaker turn disfunction. 3) Can't verify whether my speaker still can be use. Now, can you tell me does my Asus warranty cover this accident? And what should i do if it does or doesn't? what i do is just pull up slightly the jack to make it level with the laptop and i can feel the port moving inside the laptop. and walla the subwoofer working again.
