Hello, I just bought N55SF today. I read in the manual that there is Asus SonicMaster software but cannot find it on the DVD. Also, my subwoofer isn't working. I think it needs some additional software to work.
Do you have any suggestions?

Guys whats the use of window live mesh activex remote control? I have msn 2009 with msn plus, is it advisable to uninstall them? activex comes with different languages too.

No,after 2 years will by cover by themselves(seller),they "claim" that 100% of replacement with Asus's genuis laptop part,not 3rd party...

Who knows after 2 years later,maybe they would change to 3rd party parts without notice.I would not realize after all

Asus Slim bag REALLY that fit only with the lappy & adapter,no big enough to carry other items...

Btw,any recommended messenger bag to carry this lappy?

Saw that the heat is centered on the palm rest on the previous few post... how "HOT" is that? I have an ASUS A42JV bought two years back, and only the top left side will be warm when grinding the NVIDIA card... aside from that, it's pretty good.....

Just hope that plastic can last that kind of heat which you guys are referring here >.<

n55f? not n55sf? why did they ban it?

i just felt that it is hotter, might be not so comfortable if using without aircon, not sure when heavy use. but as mentioned it should be ok.

me oso bought from Miri XD the shop owner told me he send to Kuching, but i pay the postage at my own, Kuching service center not covering it =,=
there is a shop in Miri, told me tat they are local support. they do handle this. if they cant repair, they will send to service center.

oh god,my battery wear level is 7.48 % edi!oni one month old this lappy....i have used the lappy while charging,but at most i will only be surfing the net,hearing songs,or workig on notepad++(and command prompt torun java compiler)other than that i dont do anything heavy while charging.

recalibrate try?

i'm using high performance too....tested with nfs hp and modern warfare 2....
