actually we have 3 sata interface if according to bios. One hdd, one odd and one empty. But i doubt we have more space for that 3rd sata interface. Thats why i'm changing my ODD to hdd and put my hdd slot with crucial m4. Still waiting for my caddy to be shipped

The best choice belowe 3k is N55 i5 la.The sound is very good with the cola can.

yea, me too ..no complain on the speaker..but using cheap headset is bullshit for this notebook..dunno why ler..my 4 years old sounds better when using same headset..lol

mine one ok, so far all game i just disable turbo boost and fix my cpu @ 2.3ghz. no problem at all so far

ya removal, and in this case i think disassemble would be a more precise word but won't void the warranty coz they don have warranty sticker/any warranty void indicator in there. So should be ok

Then i guess pretty much complete with my modding ady xD. But now still considering whether to get a 1tb 2.5 internal hdd

lol the benchmark cannot compare with those u see on reviews. Coz i installed my OS and programme in it. Unlike those reviews they usually benchmark based on empty ssd. But still my boot time is 12 second for the time being xD. Lazy to tweak to get shorter time. 12second is quite fast ady xD

btw, that time when i fresh format and only install windows, i think its below 10. DIdn't run boottimer that time, but all i know is when windows loading screen there before the 4 colour balls can join each other i'm in ady

ya somemore i5-2430m. But no regrets lol, coz maybe one months later got newer one? who knows 
but still, after my caddy reach, might get a 1tb hdd or something, then in terms of speed, in terms of capacity i still pawn 

hopefully the tuniq-tx4 i ordered last week will reach tmr, then in terms of temperature i pawn again
so, no regrets 

Just finished applied my Tuniq-tx4. Its really hell disassembling N45SF. Way too much screw@@. Will run benchmark tonight i guess xD

my n45 is getting annoying with the "yee yee" sound...when started to play any games..the sound will come out..if doing normal browsing then no sound.....anyone encounter this problem ????

Yeah the white one is available in Singapore, I saw some on garage sales. So....yeah. Anyways, I've seen it, touched it and everything. I assure you, it WILL turn yellow in a month or two.

A few problem i have encounter with this laptop,need some help here; 

1)While I'm playing movie,i turn the volume up to 60 or above,it will came up a #buzz# sound coming from right side of trackpad...I mean,is it Normal?? 

2)How to test my Boot Time there?need to install 3rd party software to test?

ya its normal. For N45SF, ur left palm rest is hot is due to hdd, coz after i changed to ssd that area very cool. For N55SF, that area is due to northbridge chipset there. I remember got ppl posted here a link on how to change the cooling for the chip so it won't so hot
