Hi,
I'm looking to buy a house but the main entrance is facing a walkway for pedestrian.
I've heard of believes that it is not preferable for the door to face a T-junction, but how a about facing a walkway?

Well, it's like this; there are 2 row of houses (endlot) in front of the house i'm interested in. The gap has trees and some time people walks through it. Does it cause bad feng shui like t-junction?

added...to be exact, the front door and porch is facing this alley

Suggest that you consult the Feng Shui sifu for advice. At least you will feel better before you purchase the house.

Depend how narrow the ally, if is as wide as the image you show is ok. If its very narrow it can be bad.

Yes it does. Because more narrow, the chi will be travel faster. Just like water travel faster in smaller pipe.

You can google the English term "Sky crack Sha", if you know Chinese is even better, more interesting to read also.

Thanks, i started reading joey yap on Sky Crack Sha, and it seems it's a no-no for house facing alley.
Now doing further readings smile.gif
