 Lips with tiny white spots..., not STD...but is it Fordyce's spot?

is it Fordyce's spot? or oil glands near my lips blocked? or it's signal of my health problem?

further explaintion of health condition for my body can refer to here...

pic of my lips below, as u can see there are spots above my lips too, they look similar with the white spots on my lips, however those spots above my lips are harder to see because of the color above there is not as deep as my lips...is it possible that the oil glands blocked?

i got no pain or any other feeling for it, mine been there for 2-3 years already...kinda wanna get rid of it or no girl willing to kiss me sad.gif
