Everton are willing to sell Arteta but Sochaux are resisting the Arsenal manager's interest in Marvin Martin. Brossia Dortmund claimed to have rejected a £35million offer for Mario Gotze and Marouane Chamakh could leave Arsenal after interest from Granada, Lille and PSG."
