I am craving for Brazilian left back since departure of Slyvinho. Andre and Gervinho combination might deadly for opponent.

QUOTE(madblacktt @ Aug 30 2011, 12:28 PM)
i lol'ed hard at one of the comments on the sun:

"Arsene's recruiting tactics remind me of the low budget fruit shopper who lives it to the last 15 minutes of shopping time searching through the half rotting left overs hoping to find quality product at a fire sale price! This kind of shopper generally ends up paying full price for what nobody else wants. A bit sad to see a great club scavanging amongst the left overs at closing time. Good luck Arsenal, hope to see you in the PL next season!"

Per Mertesacker had signed for Arsenal on Monday night. The German international defender arrived from Werder Bremen. 26 years old, the man with 75 caps formed in Hanover, is not the only defensive rookie of the Gunners. Indeed, the London club will sign a three-year contract to André Santos, the left side Fenerbahce who gets 7 million in the case. However, the defense of Arsenal lost Armand Traore. The 21-year Senegal international has signed a contract with Queens Park Rangers. Finally, the Monegasque Park Chu-Young has signed his contract with the team coached by Arsene Wenger. (With J-M.B.)

Even though Arsenal buy, fans must be patient to let new players gel with the team and create teamwork after some time...

Arsenal have seen a second bid for the England international centre back Gary Cahill rejected by the 25-year-old’s current club, Bolton.

I would say Mertesacker and Santos deal is only matter of time to be rubber-stamped.
Both clubs agreed on fees. Now only for personal terms.
Read from Soccernet.

CSKA Moscow Honda reported in London for medical
SOS from Soccernet, SkySport and France Football.

Basically if it mentioned in Soccernet, can say 99% accurate.

London could represent QPR, Chelsea, West Ham and Spurs....

I think Mikel Arteta transfer is more likely because Everton in huge debt and they need money...in addition 10million for EPL midfield is really bargain for AW
