QUOTE(aressandro10 @ Aug 31 2011, 12:25 AM) i think AW should not be satisfied with just Merterscker. he whould go all the way and sign cahill and sanba as well... Me rike ur post...!! squilaci and johan djouru should be written off already by now. and vermaelen should only be treated as a bonus that only availabe in the short time he is fit ... actually RVP should also be treated the same.. We should go for samba. Me no heart for cahill since bolton play hard balls. Arteta 25mil? U smoking weed? He's value is 8 to 10mil. Anything above 10mil is a bonus to toffees. |

QUOTE(blanket84 @ Aug 31 2011, 08:57 AM) djourou will be pushed back the pecking order... squid already been told to look elsewhere... i believe we're set here. remember, we still have miguel waiting for a chance. so, have faith. also, i would like AW to hijack Scott Parker from spuds. they offer 5mil... let's make it 6.5mil for the sake of butthurting them. Also, make a cheeky bid for modric can aaa? hehehe Added on August 31, 2011, 9:08 am QUOTE(StarGhazzer @ Aug 31 2011, 08:58 AM) The first thing that I thought of was EBOUE. I wouldn't mind having Arteta or Tim Cahill or Scott Parker in the team. They can be great mentors to Jack and Aaron. Then I realised he was gone. As much as I like Arteta, he's no Cesc Fabregas. Everton hasn't shown any intention to sell, we haven't shown any interest to buy. So no. I'm more of a Tim Cahill fan, always thought he was the better player compared to Scott Parker. Will bring more goals and grit compared to Arteta too. But at his age, he's an even shorter remedy than a long term solution. Love Jack. Arsenal DNA. Jack - Arsenal DNA, heart and soul. Added on August 31, 2011, 9:09 amoh ya.... we missed eboue... Added on August 31, 2011, 9:17 ambtw... Coates to Liverpool is damn good deal. 7mil for 20 yrs old defender than can play across the line is freaking good deal weh. thanks el pistolero for that. suarez must've persuaded king kenny to tie up the deal. Joel Campbell going for loan move probably later today we'll confirm that. We've used our 1 SPECIAL talent visa on Ryo. it's gonna be hard to get another for Joel campbell. since ryo already served his time at Feyenoord last season, priority to him to get into our 1st team. can't wait to see him in action.
Marvin Martin PLEASE!! |

QUOTE(Walaoeh! @ Aug 31 2011, 11:00 AM) ya weh... eheheheh..anyway when AW makes a deal, he usually factor in the player wages also in the deal. say for Arshavin, fee is 16mil but include his signing bonus and wages for 4 years, the deal is worth 20Mil easily. That's the way we should look for in signings. that's why we haven't/didn't have big names/break the bank signings. imagine signing someone for a fee of 30mil, then his wages will cost u another 10mil in 4 years, plus agent fee and signing bonus, could've easily break 45mil. yes we have the money... and from the look of things rite now, we're spending it wisely. Per for Euro9Mil, Santos for a bit lesser and Park for even lesser... all 3 signing totalling about 15mil... but factor in their wages, easily tops 22mil already. say we got 35+25 from cesc/nasri... that's 60mil. minus the 22, we're left with 38mil. break the bank at 30mil? that seems about right for me. now go to Sochaux with 20mil euro and get me marvin martin please! Added on August 31, 2011, 11:11 am QUOTE(Phonzy @ Aug 31 2011, 10:43 AM) Arsenal have made a club record bid of £22 million for Rennes midfielder Yann M’Vila, according to the Evening Standard. so we've bid 22mil for him... that's about what... 28mil euro? if Rennes still dont want to sell... we should look elsewhere, jadson or martin is better value for $. M’Vila has long been a transfer target for Arsene Wenger, but the manager is hoping to make his ambitions clear this week with some big money buys before the transfer window closes tomorrow night. Per Mertesacker is said to be completing a move to Arsenal today, while Gary Cahill, Phil Jagielka and Chelsea pair Alex and Florent Malouda have all become last minute transfer targets for Wenger. Arsenal have in excess of £50 million to spend this summer, after the exits of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, and Wenger reportedly sees M’Vila as the perfect fit for the Gunners’ midfield. While Rennes are said to be holding out for £30 million for M’Vila’s signature, Arsenal are confident they can get hold of the 21-year-old for less. Sauce: http://www.givemefootball.com/premier-leag...ld-bid---report We've done it with Cahill... since bolton been playing hardball, we just swoop Per Mertesacker for lesser and better too. But a) I do not know more about football than Arsene Wenger b) I do not know more about Arsenal finances than the Board. c) I do not know what Arsenal’s Account Payables are. d) I do not have a substantial investment in Arsenal. e) I do not know the details of any of Arsenals financing arrangements f) I do not know what Arsenal’s total wages are per year Every fan like myself wants the Club to win. But to gamble the Arsenal investment away on unreasonable purchases is NOT wise. Arsenal is NOT RUN ON PETRO DOLLARS. QUOTE(Walaoeh! @ Aug 31 2011, 11:24 AM) i would prefer marvin + m'villa + cahill that's gonna cost us a bomb though.... the we will have enough depth to compete in all league and cups.. anyway, awaiting anxiously for announcement from arse.com. AW might just make a late bid for Arteta. i wouldnt mind having him as backup if we get Martin or Mvilla. As said, i'd lay off Cahill (gary or tim) for now. |

Hahahaha... KMart is the wealthiest business in the world... along with WalMart. Harrod who?
btw... read and be enlighthen. http://www.thefootballnetwork.net/boards/r...tm?721,12678847 QUOTE what chance do we have anyway with other clubs stalking us to see who we're after then blowing our offers out of the water with silly money we either don't have or aren't prepared to offer? I don't know which. Only a select few do know and they are all being Silent. So a bunch of players low on confidence and experience go into the new season with Cesc going, Nasri going and Jack injured and the team fresh from being pathetically booed by our own generation of fickle fans at our own friendly tournament. Because we only drew a match. F*ck me This post has been edited by sakaito: Aug 31 2011, 01:04 PM |
