oops, it should be the other way round. 1-2yrs loan is 2.95%. 3-4 yrs loan is 2.99%, 5 yrs is 3.04% 6 to 7 yrs is 3.09%. 8-9 yrs is 3.15%. So its not far off from ambank.

Are you sure? I bought Myvi LB last month and the interest rate quoted is descending while the loan tenor is ascending, I was told this is because bank is earning less if loan tenor is shorter, so bank have to compensate shorter tenor with higher interest rate. I was quoted 2.99% for 5 yrs and 2.97% for 7 yrs.

Can someone tell me how to get low interest for cars? I just send my document to one of the shop and he gave me around 616.76 per month for 9 years loan for the new 1.5 SE multimedia. Is it worth it or do u think the interest is high? Im using maybank now but i kinda feel like its a bit expensive. What do you think?

maybe you can try Public Bank, and also try asking more banks for their hire purchase interest rates.

I just bought Myvi LB standard last month, color - medallion grey, auto gear. This is my 1st car. To be honest I'm not very fuss with the launch of Myvi LB 1.5 coz even if Perodua already launched it when I bought my car I will not go for it, no $$$ sweat.gif i'm not sure what should be the price difference between 1.3L and 1.5L... for sure this is very unfair to premium & elegance car owners that Perodua should come out with some sort of compensation.
