hi guys, i need your help regarding the Myvi service at Authorize SC

1st, what is EW & CW ? i saw this on the 1K, 5K and 10K Service bill

2nd, I will be doing 20K Service soon. Beside coolent , windscreen shampoo & battery water no need. what else item is not needed.

3rd. For brake pad front and back, should i replace at SC or do it outside ? how much does it cost ?
