Just to share what I found out.
It seems that you could book your Myvi either from Perodua directly or thru their dealers.
If book from Perodua's SA, cannot get discount. If book from their dealers, got chance to get RM 500 discount. Also depends of the dealers. Have to negotiate with the SA. Hope this help tongue.gif

Latest News

Those that are waiting for the Non-Multimedia variant is advised not to wait anymore as the Non-Multimedia Variant that would be selling next year will be selling at the same price as the current Multimedia. Therefore, I guess next year only Non-Multimedia Variant Myvi SE will be available while the Multimedia one will be no longer available.

Here's the source:

PLEASE DO TAKE NOTE THAT THIS INFO IS NOT CONFIRMED TRUE OR NOT. THIS IS BY A DEALER OF PERODUA.

Anyone can independently confirm this from different source?
Cos, I was told a different story by 2 different SA.

1. One SA said that the Non-Multimedia 1.5SE will only be available starting next year. According to her, although there is a price list showing the Non-Multimedia , she said the price may change.

2. Another SA said that they will not produce the Non-Multimedia 1.5SE at all; not even next year. The 1.5 SE will only be available with the Multimedia.

Now in a dilemma as I prefer the Non-Multimedia one; due to the price and also there are issues with the GPS, etc

Today I'm visiting one of the perodua showroom here, sales told me 1.5 MYVI might increase it's pricing 4K on next year,
as this year the perodua wrongly declared the tax. Are you guys heard about that.

Here, no discount at all and only giving some free gift.  How about in your region, any good deal offer by perodoa there. Thanks.

Really don't know how true this is ... sad.gif

hi, anyone of you install other GPS software than lokatoo in 1.5 se multimedia player?
*
Undecided whether to get the multimedia or non-multimedia 1.5 SE. Price diff RM2.1k
Hearing that the GPS software that comes with the multimedia is hopeless, really don't know if it is worth the amount to pay.

Does anyone think with the RM2.1k, can get better set outside? Anyone tried that?

I know that can get Garmin GPS for just a couple of hundred RM.....

Any comment?

I tried papago x5se, x7, x8.5. They worked, but way too slow.. Really annoying.

For those who wanna know, the gps port is com4 n baudrate 9600
*
Don't mind me asking. Why you use papago? Is the original GPS really hopeless?
How about Garmin? Hope you can give some feedback. Thanks

You guys know what is the waiting time for the current new MYVI ? standard 1.3 version....
*
Think it should be around 2 weeks.... not?
Was told by SA that if you get from Perodua directly, will be faster.
If get from their dealers, then will be longer..
