A very2 bad performance from Barca this time. Players are not to b blamed. It is the tactical approach which is very2 bad. Play too wide, causing the defense easily exposed to attack (looks like they don't know to defense at all). Very straightforward attacking style, which will cause players tiredness and performance. Opponent can easily work the ball into defensive area. Even the defensive Khedira can dribble the ball towards the defensive area. Mash n Pique also attempt to dribble the ball rather than making a simple pass, like they are the attacking player. The whole team looks selfish rather than a playing as a team. They can't even managed to playmake the ball while attacking. This will badly effect Barca performance throughout the season, unless changes and improvements being made. The tactical approach that must b improved.... A LOT!!! There is nothing to enjoy throughout the whole 90mnts of play. What a sleepy game to watch.

Instead of trying to play more direct, Tito should not abandon the famous tiki taka. Tiki taka is very important for Barca. Not just as a trademark, but also make the play looks simple yet enjoyable. It helps a lot in our possession, game control, attacking and even defensive tactical of the team. Without tiki taka, Barca will look just as a decent club, with no trademark of play to enjoy while watching.

You obviously didn't enjoy the 5-1 win didn't you?
We had a more direct approach too!

Direct approach tactical will only effective towards a weaker opponent, but not to a rival such as Madrid. Furthermore, Tito tactical failed to disable counter attack from Madrid. Referring to the game stats, you can see that they can attack more effectively. The 2 goals from Higuain n Ronaldo were also from their effective counter attack. My point is: it is not wrong to play a more direct approach, but possession of the ball and defensive ability should come first, as this is basic to create more attacking chances hence give more chance to win any game.

And the Pique and sMasch and joining the attack, that's nothing new.
I love it when Pique goes up.
He's been doing it since 08-09.
Where did the Piquenbauer name came from you think?
Why was he praised so much all this while?
A great defender who is comfortable on the ball and able to bring it out from the back.

Can't deny that. But to join the attack while losing control of the game will cause any team dearly. This is what I try to say. During Pep time, it is enjoyable to watch Pique n Masch dribble down the field. No worry at all. Because y?? Because we can easily recover back the ball if we loose it, credit to the great team play and tiki taka.

Look at the game against Osasuna. Statistically we did win the possession. But once we loose the ball, we failed to close spaces (as we play wider and less team play) and cancel their attacking play. This clearly give them more ideas to create attacking chances. Bonus to us that we have the great Messi. Look at how we play during Pep time. Whenever we loose the ball, 3 or 4 player will close down spaces and defend together. I don't see this on Tito tactical approach. It looks worst when we looks like don't know to attack whenever we posses the ball. The Madrid game shows all of Tito weaknesses.
