problem is i have no idea where i can hang it. ceiling might be the obvious choice but i'm afraid the whole house would shake if i were to train with it

i'm a martial artist that also do abit resistance weight training. right now i'm incorperating the both training for better workouts and such
problem is i have no idea where i can hang it. ceiling might be the obvious choice but i'm afraid the whole house would shake if i were to train with it |

You could buy a wall bracket type of mount for it, and hang it off there. Assuming your walls are concrete.
