today i feel bored, after 1 week with same setting from the shop, i decided to open and adjust the timing chain + 1 notch, make it almost same like the TDC
setting from shop is so scuk, previously they try to reduce knocking engine sound.. everyday need to pour ron97, otherwise my engine shaking like hell with ron95, now, feel better with ron95 , power is there when i need, if not accel and top adoi |

QUOTE(budakmentah @ Oct 16 2011, 10:39 PM) guys. wanna ask.. what is the best things about forged part than cast parts? cast part have a lot of defect, it may seem perfectly shaped by looking outside, from mechanical performance view? in early stage of product development, they might able to eliminate all the defect such as air trap, burr a lot of them.. air trap only can detect using some device, burr can eliminate during secondary process, but it depend on the QC side. the real effect come like shaking issue and so on.. probably they will use sand casting.. while forged is like some tool, eg : spanar, hammer.. look at their strength and volume.. it proven as high durability, and forged defect is likely less than cast.. |
